For deposits, rescheduling, late arrivals, mobile bookings and how to prepare for your appointment, please see our Booking Policies.

01
Enquiries & Bookings
- Submitting an enquiry does not create or confirm a booking and does not reserve a date, time or service.
- All enquiries are reviewed personally by Sadaf Bridal. An acknowledgement of your enquiry, availability confirmation or quote does not secure your appointment.
- Your booking is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received. Until then, the requested date and time remain available to other clients.
- Sadaf Bridal reserves the right to decline an enquiry where the booking cannot reasonably be accommodated.
02
Quotes
Each booking is quoted individually based on the services required.
Quotes may take into account factors including:
- services requested
- time required
- hair length and thickness
- hair extensions or additional styling requirements
- number of clients
- location
- travel requirements
- appointment or start time.
A quote applies to the booking details provided at the time of enquiry. If the services, number of clients, location, timing or other booking requirements change, the quote may also change.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 14 days.
03
Booking Deposit
- A 50% deposit of the final quoted amount is required to secure a booking.
- A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- Where a client chooses to cancel their booking, the deposit is non-refundable, subject to any rights the client may have under Australian Consumer Law.
- The deposit is transferable once, on the terms set out in section 04. It cannot be transferred to another person.
- Payment details are provided privately once the booking has been accepted.
04
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Any request to cancel or reschedule an appointment should be made at least 14 full days before the appointment date.
- Where at least 14 full days notice is provided, the deposit is not forfeited. It may be transferred once to another available appointment within three months, or held as a credit for up to three months.
- The new appointment is subject to availability, and no additional deposit is required.
- Where less than 14 full days notice is provided, the original deposit is forfeited. Any new appointment is subject to availability and requires a new 50% deposit.
- Any approved rescheduling is subject to Sadaf Bridal’s availability and is not guaranteed.
- These conditions apply to client-requested cancellations and changes and do not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
05
No-Shows
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.
In the event of a no-show:
- the deposit is forfeited
- the client will not be charged the remaining 50% or the full service amount
- the booking cannot be transferred or rescheduled using the existing deposit
- any future booking will require a new 50% deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in future booking requests being declined.
06
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or, where there is insufficient time to safely and professionally complete the agreed service, cancelled.
This will depend on the time remaining and any appointments scheduled after yours.
Where lateness is caused by the client, the full agreed service price may still apply.
Repeated late arrivals may result in future booking requests being declined.
07
Remaining Balance
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is payable in full on the day of the appointment before the service begins.
If the remaining balance is not paid when required, Sadaf Bridal may decline to commence the service and the booking may be treated as a client cancellation.
08
Hair & Makeup Services
Clients must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities to makeup, skincare or hair products before their appointment.
Hair services provided by Sadaf Bridal are styling services only.
Unless specifically included in your quote, the following are not included in the standard service price and may incur additional charges:
- hair extensions
- extension fitting, blending or styling
- padding
- hair accessories
- pearls
- decorative clips
- speciality styling pieces
- additional services requested on the day.
Clients are responsible for supplying their own contact lenses and clip-in hair extensions where required.
Any additional service requested on the day is subject to available time and may incur an additional charge.
09
Skin Conditions, Sensitivities & Allergies
Clients must disclose relevant skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications and recent cosmetic or skin treatments before their appointment.
This information allows Sadaf Bridal to assess whether products or services need to be adjusted or avoided.
Sadaf Bridal cannot be responsible for a reaction caused by an allergy, sensitivity, medical condition or other relevant information that the client did not disclose before the service.
Patch testing may be recommended where appropriate, particularly for clients with known sensitivities.
Makeup results and wear may vary depending on individual skin type, skin condition, environmental conditions and other factors outside the artist’s reasonable control.
10
Health & Safety
Sadaf Bridal maintains professional hygiene and sanitation practices and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where there is a reasonable health or safety concern.
This may include contagious illness, active skin infection, unsafe working conditions or another condition that may create an unreasonable risk to the client or artist.
Where possible, Sadaf Bridal will discuss the concern with the client before deciding whether the service can safely proceed.
11
Bridal Trials
Bridal trials are held at the studio unless otherwise agreed and are available by enquiry.
Trials are separate paid appointments.
Booking or completing a trial does not reserve the wedding or event date. The event date is secured only once the required booking deposit has been received.
12
Mobile Bookings
Mobile bookings may incur travel, parking, toll, setup and other applicable charges.
Any applicable mobile service charges will be communicated as part of your quote or booking arrangement.
Clients are responsible for providing a suitable, safe and reasonably clean working area with sufficient space, lighting and access for the booked services.
13
Photography & Content
Photography and video consent is optional.
Sadaf Bridal may ask for permission to photograph or film your completed hair or makeup for portfolio, website or social media purposes.
Declining photography or marketing consent will not affect your booking or the standard of service you receive.
Where consent has been provided, you may later withdraw consent for future use by contacting Sadaf Bridal.
Following withdrawal, Sadaf Bridal will stop future use of the images and, where reasonably practicable, remove them from platforms and materials under Sadaf Bridal’s control.
Images provided by clients for inspiration, consultation or quoting purposes will not be published by Sadaf Bridal without permission.
14
Service Results & Client Preferences
Hair and makeup results can vary depending on factors including skin type, skin condition, facial features, hair type, hair length, hair density, extensions and the condition of the client’s hair.
Reference photographs are used as inspiration and guidance. An identical result cannot be guaranteed because individual features, hair and skin differ.
Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences during the appointment so reasonable adjustments can be made before the service is completed.
A change of mind or dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not automatically entitle a client to a refund where the agreed service has been properly provided.
Nothing in this section limits a client’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.
15
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable where the client chooses to cancel the booking, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Non-refundable does not mean lost. Where at least 14 full days notice is given, the deposit is transferable once, as set out in section 04.
Refunds are not provided simply because a client changes their mind or later decides they would have preferred a different style, colour or look where the agreed service was properly provided.
Where there is a genuine issue with a service, clients are encouraged to contact Sadaf Bridal as soon as reasonably possible so the concern can be assessed and an appropriate solution considered.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
16
Privacy
Sadaf Bridal collects personal information that is reasonably required to manage enquiries, bookings and client communication.
This may include information such as your:
- name
- phone number
- email address
- booking details
- relevant allergy, sensitivity or skin information voluntarily provided for the purpose of safely delivering the service.
Personal and sensitive information will be handled with appropriate care and in accordance with Sadaf Bridal’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
Client information is not sold to third parties.
Further information about how personal information is handled is available in the Sadaf Bridal Privacy Policy.
17
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Sadaf Bridal reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including:
- abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour
- harassment
- unsafe or unhygienic working conditions
- a health or safety risk
- failure to make required payment
- significant lateness that prevents the service from being completed
- failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Where a service is refused or discontinued, any payment or refund entitlement will depend on the circumstances and any applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
18
Australian Consumer Law
These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate alongside the rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer right or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.
