Sadaf Bridal
Booking & Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Any appointment cancellations or changes must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the appointment will result in loss of deposit.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Rescheduling within 14 days is subject to availability and deposit forfeiture.
Facial Treatments & Skin Sensitivity
- Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or recent cosmetic treatments prior to their facial appointment.
- Sadaf Bridal is not responsible for allergic reactions if relevant information is not disclosed.
- Patch testing is recommended for sensitive skin.
- Results vary depending on individual skin type and condition.
Makeup & Hair Services
- Clients must inform Sadaf Bridal of any known allergies to makeup or hair products.
- Hair services include styling only.
- Hair extensions, padding, hair accessories, clips, pearls, or special styling pieces are NOT included and will be charged as additional costs.
- Any additional requests made on the day may incur extra charges.
Trials
- Makeup and hair trials are separate paid services and do not secure an event date unless a deposit is paid.
Health & Safety
- Sadaf Bridal reserves the right to refuse service if a client has a contagious condition, skin infection, or illness that may pose a health risk.
Photography & Content
- Sadaf Bridal may take photos/videos of work completed for portfolio and social media use, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the appointment.
Payment of Remaining Balance
- The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the appointment, prior to the service commencing.
- Failure to complete payment may result in the appointment being cancelled without refund of the deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled due to scheduling constraints.
- Late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount.
- Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of future bookings.
No-Show Policy
- A no-show is defined as failing to attend an appointment without prior notice.
- In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Additional Services & Charges
- Any additional services, requests, or changes made on the day of the appointment are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Hair extensions, padding, accessories, pearls, clips, or specialty items are not included in standard services and will be charged separately.
Refund Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued once a service has commenced.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for a refund.
Client Responsibility & Waiver
- Results of makeup, hair, and facial services may vary depending on skin type, hair type, and individual conditions.
- By booking an appointment, the client agrees that Sadaf Bridal is not liable for reactions, sensitivities, or outcomes beyond the artist’s control.
Privacy Policy
- Client personal information (name, phone number, email) is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.
- All personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Right to Refuse Service
- Sadaf Bridal reserves the right to refuse service due to inappropriate behaviour, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with these terms.
